well done with your spinning. and fantastic work with your gyming!
ReplyDeleteI hate the towing machine too. my personal trainer knows this and i swear he gets me on there every week lately. your doing well being on there for 5 min. that kills me.
as for your ab exercises, when you do your sit ups, just crunch, i find the most effective "sit ups" are when i am lying with my my back on a fit ball, keep my eyes on the ceiling and just use my abs to pull me up.
always try to remember to turn on your core muscles. that will go a long way in helping to minimize back pain, when i get lower back pain its when i know i have not been concentrating on my core muscles, and they will help you with all resistance exercises.
your spinning is great. it sux that you didnt get a lot of time on the wheel, good on you for saying something. perhaps you can get an opportunity to try again, though if you like the drop spindling stick with that. i love doing both and have been missing using the drop spindle.
sorry this is such a long comment.
